At the end of my second year of university, I was responsible for the creative direction of the identity for our local End of Year show in June 2022. Initially, we planned to create a zine, with each student contributing a unique page. However, due to time constraints, the identity evolved into a more cohesive design, drawing inspiration from punk visuals. This direction paid homage to Southend's music heritage, celebrating the punk movement and its significance in youth culture.

We stayed true to the original zine concept by giving everyone their personalised page, featuring their interests and facts about themselves. This allowed them to showcase their work while also highlighting their individuality.
